The Maintenance Supervisor/Tech. will have hands on maintenance responsibility for ownerships office park. This position supports the overall objectives of senior management as well as ownership directives. Professional interaction with tenants, vendors and other Park personnel is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Maintenance Supervisor/Tech. will personally have strong hands on maintenance abilities and will ensure that projects, routine maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely and cost efficient manner.
The best candidate will have previous experience supervising others. As the departmental supervisor, you will help identify/obtain cost effective proposals; conduct preventative maintenance, and manage work orders in the best interest and least disruptive manner of the Office Park.
Chosen candidate will report directly to owners representative.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidate must be organized, detailed and thorough in all Office Park matters. This would include maintaining clean and organized work areas, written/verbal reporting, understanding budgetary line items for the Park. Basic computer skills required.
Skilled in general building maintenance to include carpentry, plumbing, HVAC units and electric.
