Are Conferences at The Lakeside Park Easy to Get To From Boston’s Airports?

Yes! One of the major perks of hosting an event with us is our easy accessibility from Boston and its surrounding areas. 

Our office park is just 12 miles from downtown Boston. From Logan International Airport, it should take under an hour to reach our office park by car. We’re located near the intersection of Interstates 95 and 93, at the base of Exit 43 (Market Street), just off I-95/128.

We’re also easily accessible by public transportation. We’re just a half mile from the Wakefield Train Station, and the local bus line has a stop just adjacent to our park’s entrance.

What Size Are the Event Spaces You Offer?

Our 220,000 square foot office park features spaces as small as 300 square feet to as large as 10,000 square feet. We have a handful of office, meeting, conference and event spaces that we utilize, so the size of the spaces varies widely. 

If you’re looking to book a small-scale conference or meeting with us, you can likely utilize one of our short term office rentals. For larger events, we recommend our professional meeting and event spaces at The Lakeside Inn, located right on our office park premises.

The best way to find out which spaces are currently available and could meet your specific needs is to contact us directly. We’d be happy to give you more information, or set up a tour so you can see the available event spaces for yourself.  

How Many People Can You Accommodate?

With a number of different event spaces available, we are capable of hosting events both small and large. 

Our small conference and meeting spaces can typically accommodate anywhere between 5 and 30 people, while our larger event spaces can comfortably host anywhere from 75 to 125 people. 

How Soon Do I Need to Book An Event Space to Ensure It’s Reserved When I Need It?

Our answer to this question is typically ‘the sooner, the better.’ Spaces in the Boston area are in high demand, and affordable event and conference venues can be particularly hard to come by, especially as the dates for your gathering get closer.
