Recently, we reached out to Financially In Tune, a tenant who has been with us for more than 5 years, to learn a bit more about their organization and to find out what they enjoy most about being tenants at The Lakeside Park.

Tell us about Financially In Tune. What do you do, and what does your organization have to offer?
At Financially In Tune, we are financial planners and investment managers. We work solely with individuals – we don’t advise organizations or corporations. Our team provides fiduciary advice.
For some clients, we work on an hourly or project basis. For others, we maintain a more comprehensive relationship and provide ongoing investment management and financial planning assistance.
How long have you been in business?
We opened our doors on Valentine’s Day in 2011. In a couple of weeks we will celebrate our 6th anniversary!
What sets you apart from other financial planning businesses?
There are a few key factors that really set us apart.
1. We put the client’s interests first.
As fiduciary advisors, we provide advice for a fee. We don’t sell products or receive commission so we are truly able to focus on doing what is best for our clients.
2. We serve all types of clients.
We work with individuals of all ages from a variety of backgrounds. Our organization does not have a minimum income or net worth requirement that we use to qualify clients.
3. We offer extensive experience.
Our two Certified Financial Planners have over 30 years of experience with retirement planning, investment management, financial goal setting, college planning and other areas of financial planning.
How long have you been a part of the business community at The Lakeside Park?
We have been at The Lakeside Park since we launched our business in 2011. Recently, during the summer of 2016, we moved to a new, more spacious, office space here when our company expanded.
What led you to choose The Lakeside Park?
The convenient location! Wakefield is convenient, both for our employees and for the clients we serve. It’s an easy commute from Reading, Stoneham, Marblehead and other surrounding areas of Massachusetts. Plus, The Lakeside Park office park is very close to the highway and is easy to find, which is important since our clients typically come to us for meetings.
What do you like most about being a member of the business community at The Lakeside Park?
We enjoy being a part of the nice group of small business people that call The Lakeside Park home. We love the convenience and accessibility of the location, and the fact that we get to work right on Lake Quannapowitt.
Additionally, we are really happy with our space. The Lakeside Park crew was fantastic when it came to helping us customize our office space and making our vision come to life!
